Station

Station

Station shows identity, location, provider metadata, data tools, and current activity for the selected station.

  • On iPhone and iPad, open the Station tab.
  • On macOS, choose Show Inspector from the Inspectors menu if the Inspector is hidden, then choose Weather Station.

Actions

  • On iPhone and iPad, pull to refresh to reload provider station metadata.
  • On macOS, choose Data > Refresh Stations when provider metadata looks stale.
  • On iPhone and iPad, tap the database icon in the Station toolbar to open Weather Station Data for the selected station.

Station data tools

On iPhone and iPad, the Weather Station Data sheet includes Export Data, Import Data, and Recalculate Summaries.

The Station screen on iPhone and iPad also shows current download activity and includes Download observations when history is missing.

When a task is active, Activity shows its progress. On iPhone and iPad, tap Downloading… or Calculating summaries… in Activity to stop the current task.

On macOS, the same station data summary is available from the Inspector Data tab, with download and maintenance commands also available from the menus.
