Change provider or account

Use Data Source settings to replace provider credentials, authorize another account, or switch to a different configured provider.

1. Open Settings › Data Source.
2. Choose the provider to configure.
3. Replace the credentials or complete the provider authorization flow.
4. Choose Test Connection when it is available.
5. Choose Save.
6. Select a station returned by the new account.

Local databases from earlier connections remain available after a provider or account change. Use Switch and manage weather stations to control which stations remain visible.

Disconnect a provider

Use Disconnect to stop updates from a provider.

1. Open Settings › Data Source and choose the provider.
2. Choose Disconnect, then confirm in the Disconnect from alert.

Weather Fusion stops updating that provider. Saved stations and their local data remain, and the connection status shows Disconnected. Connect the provider again with the same credentials or authorization to resume updates; the stored history is reused. See Backups and iCloud Sync for what stays on the device.
