View rolling periods

Use 24h or 7d in Historical to follow a rolling window that ends at the latest refresh time.

Select a rolling period

On iPhone, open Historical and choose 24h or 7d in the period control above the charts.
On iPad or Mac, open Historical, choose the calendar button, then choose 24h or 7d.

24h loads stored observations from the preceding 24 elapsed hours. It can cross two calendar dates and remains 24 elapsed hours across daylight-saving transitions. 7d covers the preceding 7 days; charts that summarize by day use daily summaries. Both windows update as newer observations arrive.

Tap or click Last 24h or Last 7 days in the navigation bar to switch between the compact label and the exact start and end times.

Rolling windows follow the current time. Choose Day, Week, Month, or Year to use previous and next controls with a fixed calendar period.

If a chart is missing, confirm that the station database contains compatible observations in the rolling window. See Fix missing historical or observation data when recent records are incomplete.
