Connect a weather station
The first time Weather Fusion opens, the Start Screen displays Connect to a Weather Station. Choose the option that matches the weather station model to open its setup screen. Choose Airport (METAR) to use airport observations.
Choose Demo Station to explore Weather Fusion with sample data. Choose Restore Backup… to load a station from a Weather Fusion backup.
Choose a weather station
Find the weather station model in the table, then select the corresponding option on the Start Screen.

Before you begin
- For a personal weather station, confirm that it is online and sending data to the selected connection service.
- For WiFiLogger, connect the device running Weather Fusion to the same local network as the logger.
Connect from the Start Screen
- Open Weather Fusion.
- On Connect to a Weather Station, select the option that matches the weather station model.
- Follow the provider setup screen. Use its credential button to create or copy any required key, secret, or token, or complete account authorization.
- Choose a station when the setup screen presents a station list. Some account connections select the first available station automatically.
- Choose Done when the setup screen provides that action. For Airport (METAR), select an airport on the map or through Browse Airports, then choose Add. See Airport (METAR) for airport selection.
Weather Fusion opens Real Time and starts loading the station’s latest conditions. Historical data downloads according to the service’s access and history limits.
To change the connection after initial setup, open Settings › Data Source. For additional saved stations, see Manage weather stations.
If the connection succeeds with an empty station list, confirm that the account owns or can access the station, then refresh the list.
