Configure widgets

Add and configure a Weather Fusion widget to display current data for a visible station and measurements appropriate for its size.

Add a widget

  1. Open the system widget gallery from the Home Screen or desktop.
  2. Search for Weather Fusion.
  3. Choose Real Time or Real Time Details and select a supported size.
  4. Add the widget.

A new widget starts with the station selected in Weather Fusion and the Essentials preset.

Choose station and measurements

  1. Touch and hold or Control-click the widget, then choose Edit Widget.
  2. Select a Weather Fusion station.
  3. Select a Preset: Essentials, Temperature & Humidity, Wind & Rain, Air Quality, or Custom.
  4. With Custom, open Measurements and choose the exact measurements in the order they should appear. Each entry names its sensor, statistic, and time window, such as today’s rain or the rolling 24-hour rain.
  5. Close the editor to apply the configuration.

Each widget keeps its own station and preset.

Small, Medium, Large, and, on iPhone with iOS 27, Extra Large portrait families have different capacities, so a preset can show fewer measurements in a smaller widget. Extra Large shows up to 14 measurements in Real Time and 20 in Real Time Details. Wind direction can accompany a selected wind-speed measurement in the same grid slot.

Open Weather Fusion after changing provider credentials, station visibility, or sensor organization so the app can refresh the widget mirror. If the configured station becomes hidden, tapping the widget opens station management so an available station can be selected.

If a widget shows No Station Available while Weather Fusion has a visible station, edit the widget and select a station, or remove the widget and add it again.

See the Widget reference for widget families and behavior.
