Customize Historical charts
Use Settings › Historical to choose and arrange the charts shown for each station.
- Open Settings › Historical.
- Select the station when a station picker is shown.
- Turn charts on or off to control which supported charts appear.
- Reorder the charts when ordering controls are available.
- Use the reset action to restore the default visibility and order.
Historical renders enabled charts for compatible measurements stored in the selected period.
For a Weather Underground station whose daily rain appears inflated, open Settings › Historical, select the station, and use Advanced Settings › 24-hour rain totals. Confirming the change recalculates summaries so rolling 24-hour values are handled with the station-specific policy.
Switch between Standard charts and Compact View with Settings › Dashboard Layout on iPhone and iPad, or with View › Dashboard View or the Dashboard View toolbar control on Mac. The choice applies to Real Time as well. The control changes the chart layout while preserving the enabled chart set.
Drag cards on the dashboard
On iOS 27 and macOS 27 or later, drag a card to a new position within its dashboard section. This works in Standard and Compact presentation. On earlier systems, use the ordering controls in Settings › Historical.
To move a measurement card between sensor groups, expand the destination group, then drag the card into it. If Replace the custom sensor groups? appears, choose Replace and Move to replace those groups and complete the move, or Cancel to keep them. See Organize sensors and measurements for the grouping effects.
For the values and summaries represented by each chart, see the Historical chart reference.
