Explore stations on the map

Use the map to compare saved stations with optional public-network and aviation-weather markers.

On macOS and regular-width iPad layouts, open Map from the main navigation.
On iPhone, open the map from the station picker or a Station Map card when those entry points are available.

Search for a place or move the map to the area to inspect.
Open Station Sources and choose which marker sources are visible.
Use the map metric control to change the value summarized on compatible markers, such as each station’s rain for the day.
Open Weather Layer and choose Rain Radar to animate recent radar imagery, or None to hide it.
Select a marker to inspect its station, provider, location, observation age, and available values.

Rain Radar is experimental and uses RainViewer imagery. The same layer choice applies to Station Map cards on the Real Time dashboard. See View weather layers on the map.

Selecting a saved station marker can open that station. Eligible Windy and Weather Underground markers can be added after their provider credentials are configured. Choose Add Airport on a METAR marker to save the airport. Netatmo Network markers remain discovery data. See Airport (METAR) for airport setup and history.
